Eric Anyali
Co-Founder & President
Eric Anyali is a multifaceted technology leader who bridges the gap between complex engineering and mission-driven innovation. With a robust background in Computer Engineering, Application Support, and Network Management, Eric's professional identity is defined by a unique blend of global perspective and localized technical mastery. His academic journey, spanning the University of Benin in Nigeria to a degree in Virtualization Technology from Wayne Community College, has equipped him with the agility to navigate diverse technological landscapes.
At HarborWell, Eric serves as the architect of the organization's digital backbone, leading the design and delivery of technology infrastructure that is inherently reliable, scalable, and secure. He views technology as a powerful equalizer and a vehicle for social impact, leveraging cutting-edge innovation to dismantle barriers to critical wellness resources.

Imari O. Anyali
Co-Founder & Executive Director
With over 15 years of experience driving high-stakes initiatives across the public health, nonprofit, and financial sectors, Imari Anyali is a powerhouse in project direction and change management. She has a rare ability to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and ground-level implementation, specializing in aligning people, processes, and technology to create sustainable organizational transformations. As a Prosci Certified practitioner with an MBA in Project Management from Fayetteville State University, Imari leverages data-driven decision-making and expert stakeholder engagement to lead complex, cross-functional teams.
Beyond her corporate expertise, Imari is a deeply committed advocate for equity and community-centered systems. As the Co-Founder and Executive Director of HarborWell, she leads the strategic vision for wellness across Eastern North Carolina, designing impactful programs focused on maternal wellbeing, mental health, and digital access.
